This company helped repair my car after another company backed into it. At first, everything looked fine when I got it back. But then I started noticing a few issues. On one of the fenders, written in wax, was the word “Buff”—I assume as a note for them to buff out the paint. We didn’t think much of it at the time and planned to handle that ourselves. However, almost a year later, I noticed paint chipping all the way down to the metal where the lift gate meets the roofline. When I brought it to their attention under warranty, they claimed they hadn’t done that repair and that it wasn’t covered. I’ll let you decide after you see the pictures.

Just picked up my car from CC! I had a small collision last week and my insurance sent me there. I worked with Cameron mostly, but everyone there was super nice and helpful. Cameron was super thorough in explaining what work they did, and directed me on the next steps with the dealership fixes. My car even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who has been in an accident!

They were very easy to work with from the start. Kept me informed of what to expect next. When the vehicle was done they showed me everything they did. The repairs that they did were above and beyond what I expected. They also told me how to take care of the fresh paint on washing the vehicle.
