🔧 Nice Touch Collision

Took my 2016 ford focus that I bought from the auction the damaged was on the rear passenger side. They fixed the car and 3 months later the paint on the car coming off, factory line on the body of the car completely erased just a horrible paint job i dont recommend anyone to this shop they are horrible

I was very apprehensive on bringing a 2017 Ford Mustang to such a small bodyshop. In Columbus most bodyshops are into cost cutting and cutting corners to make money since there are so many in Columbus. But Nice touch doesn’t belong on that list. Because this shop is small they are very aware of the product they put out. Alex and his team were great from start to finish and were very supportive throughout the process. I came in a few times and was overwhelmed by the eye for quality they had. I thought the car was finished at one point and the paint guy said “no” because he didn’t like a very small imperfection that I would have never noticed unless he had told me which sold me about how they care about the finished product. Nice touch might not have a flashy building or multimillion dollar advertising or a catchy jingle when you call But they have a great shop and a professional staff. The owner is dedicated to serving his family, community, and taking care of his staff and it absolutely shows in the work he does. P.S the shop dog is a great addition too

I took my car their after an accident, I decided to take it cuz they offer to pay my $500 deductible. They took over a month to fix my car, when I got my car back my remote starter didn’t work I took it back and they said they couldn’t fix it and they had change the battery on my remote start. When I went to use it my remote start, neither off my key fob work. Now their telling me to take it to the dealer. They are really nice but it seems that don’t have experience with new cars.

It's bit hard to first find the place and then the front door, but it was worth the effort. It's pretty non-conspicuous off a side road. I didn't actually have my car fixed here, but I would if I needed to. I brought my car in after a wreck and Alex (owner) gave me a lot of good information on what to expect from the insurance company and that they would most likely total it. He laid out my options on what I could do next with it and how those most likely would play out. The whole process was educational and easy to go through.

Alex went out of his way to make everything perfect for me. The experience with Grange Insurance (the insurer for the person who hit me) was slow to say the least. Alex stayed after them, constantly working in my best interest and got my car back to me faster because of it. He even worked with Enterprise extending my rental car for me on a busy day at work where I didn't have time to call. My car was delivered to me in better condition than it was when delivered including a complete detail and wax. This shop will always get my work in the future.
