Guy are counter was a complete unprofessional .I'll never go there again!

Much better than down the road at there competitor with a store full of kids playing on there phone not paying attention to customers. Staff was older and knowledgeable quick to help had what I needed and got me on my way.

I had just bought a battery from these guys they say they're computers are not connected and I would have to take it back to reynoldsburg where I bought it so they would not honor my warranty at Harrisburg Pike and I couldn't take it to reynoldsburg so I had to end up buying a new one for $230 later and I could have got a free replacement. It really sucks you're supposed to be able to take it to any advance Auto for your warranty replacement but evidently that's not the case

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I came in for parts for a 1977 Dodge Brougham RV Camper after being dismissed by auto part stores much closer to my location. This Advanced Store obviously takes pride in leaving their associates to run things because of their knowledge and customer satisfaction

The staff at this location is very helpful! I bought a battery, they installed it within a few minutes. My car was unable to drive out of the parking lot (due to my control valve resetting) but one of the employees helped me until she was able to get my car up and running! Very impressed and will be back with any other car needs I may have!
