Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and urgency at this body shop. We had an issue with our 2023 Palisades and could not have had a better experience with the estimator Johnathan Delgado Castaneda. After a very pricey quote at another shop, he gave us what we thought as a fair price substantially lower than the first place.
