Thank you to the customer service reps and the two service repairman who so kindly attached a rear refector that had been backed into at the grocery store. I stopped in by chance on my way and was greeted so warmly by all of them with a reflector re attached in seconds. Their kindness and customer service went above and beyond something that isn't found much these days. Thank you Fine Line Auto Body.

I stopped by without an appointment for a consult on a paint scuff and clouded headlamps for a 2009 Camry. Dustin took the time to look at these for me and fixed them up very quickly. The team was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Fine Line to anyone who may ask.

The team at Fine Line Bethel Road did an outstanding job for us. The repair was completed very quickly and looks great. We were able to get our vehicle back much sooner than expected. First is customer service was excellent. From the estimate with Benjamin Morris which was very good and spot on to the technician that service my car. The work looks great and they did some touch up paint on a couple scratches I had for no charge. The lady at the center of all communications was I believe Misty and she was outstanding also. I am very pleased with the work, cost and service level and would recommend them in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from the moment I walked in to get a quote. The work on my vehicle looks seamless and everyone made sure I was taken care of. The turnaround time was also amazing because I am not from here and I was really worried my car would take weeks to fix but I was in and out in just a few days. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone!
