⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Midas on 2218 W Henderson Rd, Columbus, OH! The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. I needed an oil change and brake inspection, and they completed the work quickly without compromising quality. The facility was clean, and the staff took the time to explain everything to me. The prices were fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Midas team, for the excellent service!

I had a great experience with Damian and TJ at the Henderson Midas. They were open and honest on what my vehicle needed to be done immediately and what I could off on, if I wanted/needed to. They kept me informed through the entire process of the repairing, part delivery updates, and they were transparent to what costs would be and any applicable warranties. I will definitely be back for any other automotive needs I have; and, I'll recommend others do as well. I even passed two other Midas locations to go to this one from a recommendation of a friend. It's worth it for the honesty and customer service. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars, it I could. :)

My go to shop! Very quick and honest about what they recommend for your car. There’s no pressure. They also send a link that shows all the test they ran, with pictures and comments which is highly transparent and appreciated. & they always have some good coupons online, you just need to tell them about it before checking out. Damien is always really helpful too!
