Dropped off my son’s car to have the tires he bought from eBay put on his car. Everyone was very friendly and the tires were mounted and balanced by the time the shop closed. If you do this make sure all the stickers are on the tires. They will only mount new tires, no stickers, no mount.

Paige was super helpful and was able to get my car in to have the tire patched the same day, even though the shop was closing at 5pm. I’ve done business with this shop numerous times over the past month and they have always been accommodating. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks, Paige!

Untrained and unprofessional. The communication is awful. I had a bad front passenger tire. They changed a perfectly good tire on the front drivers side.. Didn't change the obviously bad, flat tire. They didn't look at the tires or if they did, they obviously cant do the most simple part their job. Then they blamed my husband. Over 3 hours to change the tire. Of course, they only had the most expensive tire in stock for my normal vehicle. AND they charged for 2 tires, seems like a SCAM. 400 plus dollar for 2 tires and 1 I didn't need. awful awful awful.

First time here for an oil change booked 8:00am appointment, arrived 7:55am to drop off the car with front desk “Paige”. While I do understand you have to work on “wait in store” customers first, but I have appointment booked ahead of time and already gave extra time and only asked to have my car back by the latest of 1:00pm. I was never contacted and had to call back at 3:00pm and was only told they haven’t even start on my car and that they will do immediately and asked me to call back 5:00pm to check. Which I did call back and was told again that they haven’t gotten started. I did not get my car back until the next day morning!! This is ridiculous and unreasonable. Half a year later, decided to give this place another try, again I booked appointment ahead of time with “wait in store” option this time at 9:00am and dropped my car off 9:00am with Paige again. This lady told me my car would be the next car in line to get the oil change done. 2 hours later, i went up and asked the status of the car, and with the unfriendly tone, she said, well we haven’t got started on your car yet. Having to sit here just to find out that my car hasn’t even been started on is the worst feeling you could possibly have. With all the other options available, this place is just ridiculous and unworthy of your time and doesn’t deserve any customer’s loyalty. Never coming again.
