Christian Brothers Automotive has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their service recommendations, if there are many, are split into priority levels. The descriptions of their findings often pictures of the actual issue on your vehicle. Some issues are even accompanied by reference images or videos explaining what's wrong and why it matters. If you're on a budget like me, this helps spread out the financial burden. You tackle the critical stuff, handle the rest later. They offer a courtesy shuttle to get you home from dropping off your vehicle or to pick you up when it's done. Super helpful. I took a chance on CBA after my old shop failed to fix small things, charge me for work they clearly didn't do, quoted me work I didn't need and even quoted me work they then claimed they couldn't do it?! Give Christian Brothers Automotive a chance. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience for me and probably will be for you too. Top notch service.

This place definitely has the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with in the automotive world. They give very detailed explanations of the work to be done and the work is completed on-time. It is more pricey, comparatively speaking, but the work is exceptional and reliable. I do not mind paying a little more for quality work. I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

They were very considerate and even provided a shuttle service while my car was in the shop. Had a chance to speak to Chris one of the owners. He gave me tips and showed me a lot about Columbus that I didn't know. I just want to thank all of the staff who helped me in a tough time. Gave a great estimate for a lift on my tacoma. They took the time to explain what they did and the adjustments they made. They also told me about bring it back in to have everything tightened back up. Offered a free ride if needed. My first time going here. I highly recommend them. They definitely treat you like family.
