Workers asked if I needed anything and then proceeded to have an inappropriate conversation with each other and being very homophobic, all with visibly lgbtq+ people shopping inside. I put all my stuff back and walked out. Don’t know what the community did to you, but very bad business. Don’t have anything kind to say, don’t say it at all. Don’t shop here if you have basic human decency.

Went to work for a day the staff was very helpful

Employees are unwilling to help. The manager actually exclaimed in the back room “I’m not gonna look for this part” Not sure why they’re even there if they don’t even help the customers? Go to AutoZone instead.

Employees seem to have zero interest in helping customers. I asked a kid who looked about 14 years old if they had 5W40. He spent about 5 seconds looking, said "I don't see it", then walked away without another word.

I went to this location on Hamilton rd around 1pm today and got the worst service by the lazy associate. First he looked and spoke like he was high, and was giving me horrible service because I am a gay man. I asked for assistance and he acted like he was too busy to help me. He pointed to the area.
