I needed a set of 4 tires and had a specific tire picked out. Jon one of the managers said he would get back with me and find when he could tires in and schedule appointment. He did not get back to me. I went in the next day and spoke with him and he said he wasn’t sure if he could find out today. I politely asked if we would be able to find out today and he said he wasn’t sure. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business . He said I was welcome to go somewhere else and that’s what I’m doing. I can’t believe the owners of this place wants their customers treated like this and be told to go somewhere else.

I went here on June 23rd and Joe, Josh, and Damon took really good care of me! They did all my customer needs and went above and beyond for me and my car. As someone whose Buick is precious to them and it being my first car, I was so nervous coming in. However, these three took care of my every need and I’m so grateful I came into this store and had the three of them working on my car. It runs perfectly and my tires are wonderful! If you want quality service in the New Albany area, I HIGHLY 100% recommend!

John was very helpful, when I visited Tire Discounters on Hamilton Road in Columbus yesterday. He answered all of my questions, and concerns, about possible replacement tire options for my Honda Ridgeline truck. In fact, he even brought out a Michelin tire to my truck, to show me exactly what it would look like, when the time is right to replace my original equipment tires. Also, with minimal waiting time, Carl was able to repair a slowly leaking tire, as well. I will certainly recommend this business to my friends and family.
