Great experience with Germain Mazda. My appointment time was kept as scheduled and they completed the service timely knowing that I was waiting. The waiting area is nice and the WiFi worked well. The video recap they provided of the service is something I’ve never seen before at any other dealership. I recommend.

I brought my Mazda3 in for service as I did a year ago. Last yr it was for an oil change and an alignment. They found a worn control arm that needed to be changed. This yr it was due for 75K service and an oil change.I was fortunate to deal with the same individual, Amy. Both times she was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. Last yr she worked me in for the service being I just stopped by. She kept me updated in realtime as the job progressed and was right on about the time for the job. The service department tech sent me a Full Circle video detailing their inspection of what they found and what they would recommend. Their work was excellent, I was pleased with both experiences. I would recommend this maintenance department for Mazda owners, ask for Amy.

I was super impressed with the service department at Germain Mazda! I was helped right away, left my vehicle there, received a video with detailed description of each area of my vehicle that was checked, and got a text as soon as it was done. It didn’t take them long to complete the work. Then I received an email with a detailed report that I could save or print off! Wonderful experience!
