My auto repair service experience at Germain Nissan was great. My service representative was Paul Amentrout. Paul is professional and friendly and competent. Germain is quite high tech compared to my previous experiences. I would highly recommend Germain for your auto repair service!

The service was excellent and I was well informed. I was very impressed with the staff willing to help me to understand the process and not trying to upsell me a product. They were willing to explain and allow me the time and space to form my own decisions and were very respectful with my decisions. I would go back for more assistance with car problems.

Was able to get my vehicle in when I needed. My appointment was set for 8:30am and I received a text message at 8:35 that an inspection had begun. Although I called aways to confirm my services the online link was easy and convenient. Max explained everything thoroughly and services were completed within an hour or two.
