🔧 Service Center - Germain Nissan

My auto repair service experience at Germain Nissan was great. My service representative was Paul Amentrout. Paul is professional and friendly and competent. Germain is quite high tech compared to my previous experiences. I would highly recommend Germain for your auto repair service!

The staff was courteous, and the entire process was smooth. I would especially like to thank Mr. Max, the Service Manager, for his outstanding support. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of properly. His communication was clear, timely, and honest which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely customer focused. Thanks again to Mr. Max and the entire Germain Nissan team. I highly recommend their service and will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Took my car into the Service Center at Germain Nissan yesterday. I have never seen a more accommodating team than those at Germain Motors. Everyone is so helpful and capable in doing their job. They even washed my car. This is THE place to buy and get your car serviced. Thanks to Paul!!! Mary

The service was excellent and I was well informed. I was very impressed with the staff willing to help me to understand the process and not trying to upsell me a product. They were willing to explain and allow me the time and space to form my own decisions and were very respectful with my decisions. I would go back for more assistance with car problems.

Was able to get my vehicle in when I needed. My appointment was set for 8:30am and I received a text message at 8:35 that an inspection had begun. Although I called aways to confirm my services the online link was easy and convenient. Max explained everything thoroughly and services were completed within an hour or two.
