This shop has had my car for 10 days and hasn’t even run diagnostics. I’ve been told for three days straight that I’ll have info “tomorrow.” This experience has been extremely inconvenient, and I feel as though I have been repeatedly lied to.

Very friendly customer service. They were trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, but it ended up being an electrical issue that had to be taken care of at the dealership. What an awful experience. I dropped my car off for an appointment Saturday and didn’t even get a report on my car until Weds. turns out the problem is something AAA can’t fix and they’ve just sat on my car for days! Now I can’t go on my vacation because I have to take my car to a dealership and get it fixed and there isn’t enough time for that now. Cancelled my membership and will never be back.

Do not go here if you can help it. I have had numerous experiences from holes in my tires, oil changes, and maintenance on cars and the wait time is awful. They had my car for 2 weeks checking to see what was wrong with it and came out with nothing after my car was stopped and undriveable on the highway.
