🔧 AAA Grandview

This shop has had my car for 10 days and hasn’t even run diagnostics. I’ve been told for three days straight that I’ll have info “tomorrow.” This experience has been extremely inconvenient, and I feel as though I have been repeatedly lied to.

Very friendly customer service. They were trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, but it ended up being an electrical issue that had to be taken care of at the dealership. Everyone working there is very friendly and Jordan called me and gave me updates about my car, and offered to send a Lyft so I could meet the tow truck in time. They also gave me information about my membership benefits, since I recently joined. Even though they couldn't fix the issues with my car, everyone was still so nice. Thank you Jordan, Austin, Ryan, John, Tyler, and Greg! :)

What an awful experience. I dropped my car off for an appointment Saturday and didn’t even get a report on my car until Weds. turns out the problem is something AAA can’t fix and they’ve just sat on my car for days! Now I can’t go on my vacation because I have to take my car to a dealership and get it fixed and there isn’t enough time for that now. Cancelled my membership and will never be back.

Do not go here if you can help it. I have had numerous experiences from holes in my tires, oil changes, and maintenance on cars and the wait time is awful. They had my car for 2 weeks checking to see what was wrong with it and came out with nothing after my car was stopped and undriveable on the highway. I called almost 12 times each day and it wasn't until I escalated the issue with AAA that I heard anything about my vehicle. During a hole patch job, they were taking off the wrong tire in the shop (I already told them the problem tire) and luckily I was there and told them the right tire yet again. You would have more luck having them take your car further away. I kept going here for convenience but never again.

If I could give - 0 star, I would right now... First off these people had my car for 2 days! They messaged me towards the end of day 1 saying they were dealing with many tow ins and couldn't get to my car and would be finished the next day. I call around 3pm day 2 and they hadn't even touched it yet and had no idea why it was even there. Miscommunication, but never attempted to contact me to ask.... But they would now get on it and it'd be ready for me at closing. Free oil change next time for inconvenience.. When I finally went to get in my car I was repulsed to find grease and whatever else smeared all over the inside of my light grey interior. Absolutely disgusted with their service I complained to the one person left there for the day but she only offered that I bring it back for them to clean the next day... Never brought me any paper towels to sit on, nothing. I was was still trying to clean up what I could when she left. She wouldn't even look at me on her way out as she pulled out of the parking spot next to me. And pretty sure they didn't fix my brakes. Charged me for the job but didn't do a thing with them... I basically paid them $400 to destroy the inside of my car. Update: they also spilled brake fluid down the outside of my car taking off the polish I had done recently. Now I need an exterior to fix too!
