I tried calling a few days in a row a couple different numbers the one listed here and an 800 number to order parts and no one answers the phone ghetto and unprofessional

Okay I called to ask if they had a specific rim. The lady told me yes they had the rim that I was looking for and gave me a price. I went to pick up the rim to get back to the tire shop only be to told it was not the right size rim. I know I specifically asked for a 16-inch. So I called the person that sold it to me here with this store and she stated that I asked for a 15 inch and I know I did not ask for a 15 inch, that's not one I needed. I went back to get my refund 15 mins later only to be scorned at and told I was given what I asked for. I wasn't going to argue with her. When waiting for the rim to be brought out on first visit, I found and bought a car wax product. When I went to use it, both sides of the entire bottle split all way down. Wax was coming out everywhere. Seems that the bottle was very old and compromised greatly.

They take the parts out themselves here Which is fine that being said take out labor over priced and if the part isn't expensive enough they are not even willing to do it. Embarrassing for a junkyard🤦🏽

We have been sitting outside for 46 minutes waiting on a car part that I purchased, at 3:19 it is now 4:00 and I am still here. The front desk representatives old ladies IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!

Never ever made a complaint in my life but I am extremely disappointed & my experience with this company was not good. Called in for a part for a car that they have, lady rushed me off the phone being completely rude and did not even give a chance to know what car part I was talking about. They have the car there and she did not even look up the car part with me presenting my own car part to them. Front desk was Non-Chalant and Not knowledgeable about cars what so ever. Again came in with current parts in hand, the same rude lady communicated with the other “This is the guy that called in about that car”, indicating she didn’t want to help me out really. Would not recommend them. If I could I would love to speak with a manager! You don’t treat people like that💯
