🔧 Woody's Used Parts and Junk Cars

I have tried several times to schedule a pickup through them. They either are no shows, call day of saying one of their trucks broke down and we aren't on the priority list so they won't be coming. We have very narrow times that the woman whose name is on the title is able to do this and we were very open and honest with them about this. They said it was fine, and then bailed on us twice. Months later, we take off work and set everything up for them to come between 11 and 2 PM. I call after 1 to make sure everything is okay, and they proceed to get mad at me while telling me that I am next on the list. I make it clear that it has to be done before 2 like we had previously discussed and had been confirmed. They confirm, again, that they are coming before 2. At 1:51 they call asking if they are good to head over now in a 30 minutes. When I said it wasn't, they said they could just come tomorrow. I told them that it wouldn't work because the woman does not live in Columbus where the car is. I thought I had been super open and clear about this and I am unsure how to fix this. The guy then continued to scold me saying it was really my fault because they can't seem to communicate externally or internally. They have wasted several days of work leave and pay for multiple women, and when we call to try and work it out, I get nasty reactions and told it is my fault. I was trying to support a small business, but now, I am having to go somewhere else because of their horrible service. I am noticing that a lot of the good reviews are from MEN and not WOMEN. I am done with them and I cautions everyone else. I have had a single pleasant conversation with someone there. I was so happy to find a local small business that obviously loves their cat. I am so upset with them for this horrible service. AVOID THEM Repsonse: Never once were we told that that was a condition. We didn't know to look out for it so it took us being very concerned to discover that our phone was broken. When this was explained to them, they got mad at me for not knowing. They didn't tell me. I changed the number and confirmed they were on their way. They weren't

I’ve always heard about woody’s junkyard as a place to find parts and learn about cars, but my experience was terrible. They don’t let anyone under 18 enter, even with a parent. I understand safety is important, but it feels like they don’t care about younger people trying to learn about cars or save money on repairs. The staff didn’t explain their policies kindly either – they acted like I was wasting their time.

I didnt end up purchasing a car at the lot. But I was assisted in many ways by Brittany in the office. And even when I didnt end up getting a car through the lot. She was available for advice and guidance on obtaining a privately purchased vehicle. Definitely someone who cares about the customer through and through. Will be coming here for all of my future needs.

Got a part that was originally 450$$$ but only paid 25$ and the fact that this junkyard doesn’t over change and is good to the people who buy from them. Love this place! Makes it easy for people to still earn money.

I've been going here on and off for years and I'm never disappointed, the yard is full of many types of vehicles that have all sorts of parts in any varying condition for so cheap.. I'm never disappointed in the pricing, never know what you're gonna find! Just recently pulled a bumper in pretty decent condition for my truck and it was a perfect fit. Paid forty bucks as opposed to $200-1k for a replacement bumper
