Nate the manager at ER Auto care did a fantastic job. They diagnosed the problem that AAA said by mistake to replace my alternator and it was just the battery. They were honest and got me in and out in a timely manner. Great experience!

I always have a wonderful experience when I get my vehicle serviced at ER Auto Care in Polaris. Nate takes excellent care of both me and my vehicle. They have earned my trust, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to service their vehicle.

I just did some maintenance on my truck. There was a low battery warning that came on they look into it. Found nothing probably from a door open too long. They didn't change me for the service. It's nice to find a honest shop that Will not try too rip you off. I read most of the reviews you can't make every one happy.

Absolutely phenomenal work! Unlike any shop I’ve ever been to. Even their 18 point inspection is impressive. They’ll give you a full review in writing and with pictures of your own vehicle with suggestions on what work should be done, if any. They provided me with a complimentary uber to a restaurant while I waited for the truck to be done. Nate is top notch and super knowledgeable and very down to earth. Never have I ever been to a shop that takes care of their people in the way this ER Automotive took care of me. 10 out of 5 stars.

I feel like I dodged a bullet by having my daughter's car fixed here. ER was the third shop I got a quote from and it was substantially less than the others. Staff was quick to diagnose and the car was ready to pick up by the end of the day. Thanks for a positive experience!
