I drove to Columbus and ended up with a screw in my tire! NTB on Lyra Dr. was the only shop open..Not only did Chris and Mike help me get back on the road in a timely manner. They were polite and courteous and understanding. What should have taken more than an hour took 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Thank you for great customer service!

Chris and Mike are AMAZING!!! Saturday I had my brakes done and was back again just three days later for a flat tire. Everyone I encountered — those at the service desk and those who came from the garage / work area — was super helpful and friendly. They worked quickly to fix my car, treated me like family, and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. It takes special people to make a stressful situation manageable and less frightening (total brake failure in their parking lot). I feel completely at home with these guys and will come back to see them for all future car repair needs; they are amazing!! GREAT TEAM!!

I want to say, Gary and Chris are amazing men. Gary was there for my husband and I when two of our tires blew out on 71 north on our travel trailer camper, on a Sunday. They had new tires in stock and was able to get us in and out fast so we could get back on the road to go home. Though Gary wasn't there when we arrived with the wheels, he got everything saved in the system for us and made it a quick transaction. Chris swapped out the tires quick and easy and loaded them in our truck while we paid upfront. I am forever thankful for the experience we got with this location.

Got 4 new tires and an alignment last week. The alignment was ROUGH but they made sure it was done correctly. Fast, friendly service, and a transparent attitude that made me comfortable through the whole process. Chris and Eric were great - and I will most definitely return for more services in the future!

These guys are great! I had to buy 2 new tires recently, as mine were shredded by an accident, and they got me back on the road in minutes. Today, they are patching one of those tires and have again provided a fast turnaround and excellent customer service!
