🔧 Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have been going to The Polaris Location for Years!!! I Love The Staff!!! I've never had any issues with any of my cars being taken there.... ONLY issue is The Call Center I always have to go thru to make Appointments..

Simple dented rims, 2 tires and alignment... $932.00 estimate. $600 of which was 2 plain, nothing special rims. While waiting I researched online. Same plain rims RETAILED for $53 to $78 depending on where. I called the place I bought the 4 tires from 5 years ago for a quote on rims. The car was undrivable or I would have gone there. I sent the estimate to them. THATS OUTRAGEOUS was the response. They also don't bother to mention you can't use insurance there until you schedule on their app, use their tow vendor and have your car in the air disassembled. I shared with the silver hair guy with glasses the estimate was way out of line by comparison for the area. The rims especially. I asked for him to work with me on it. Nope. I was told his vendor charged them $150 each and it would take 4 days for them to come in. Then they mark up 100% which brings it to $600. As he walked away he mumbled under his breath " you can always take it somewhere else". So I did. No signs saying WE DONT ACCEPT INSURANCE, no mention on the scheduling app, nothing on the estimate print out. And that comment from a service professional?? Add accent to injury, they HID my car as far away as possible behind the building the tow vendor for the next place couldn't find it. UPDATE, 10 days later... The "owner" response below is just a standard canned message to appear like genuine concern, and the 800 number takes you to to an automated system, hit 2, get "guest services". This is a MONRO company which is why I was so disappointed. The person I spoke with had no access to Google reviews and needed to hear the story...there wasn't a reason to get into since my car was towed from there to another business. So the only way to help OTHERS since I would never return there...put NO INSURANCES ACCEPTED HERE. BEFORE they schedule online and pay for the tow to Mr. Tire. Its not communicated ANYWHERE before scheduling or the $120 tow, its not on the estimate nor posted in the store.

I've stopped in before to get little noises looked at and loose underside splash guards pinned up. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. That's why I came back to have tires mounted, rims resurfaced, outside ball joint replaced and alignment. Everything appears to be perfect and done with care. Reasonable $$. I'll be back.back

Made an appointment for the next day. Glen called and said he didn't have the tire I requested and could get them from another store. He also said that he had time that day to get them mounted. Took the offer and he had everything done in a couple of hours! Great service! Thank you Glen!

So I got to say this place is top-notch and it’s manager. Glenn is awesome.. I can say that because I just brought in my third vehicle here in the last three days for oil changes and tires . With winter it’s time to get some business taken care of on the old vehicles and this place makes it easy.. Easily located in the Luis Polaris area I’m pretty easy access.. These guys are great about taking an appointment and keep you on track or squeezing you in between appointments . In my case, I had three drop fortunately they were able to work in within just a few minutes.. This place is clean, fast efficient, and they treat you with respect because they’re very customer friendly . I’ve taken my vehicles to a lot of different places and I gotta say this is top-tier top shelf .
