🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently had an oil change appointment scheduled for 3 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I arrived on time and expected a quick service, but I ended up waiting in the store for three hours before my car was ready. The long wait was frustrating, especially since I had planned my day around this appointment. While the staff was very polite and the store was clean, the extended wait time significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope they can improve their scheduling and service efficiency in the future.

Had to come here to get a flat tire fixed, and these guys delivered quickly and efficiently! Very friendly too. Highly recommend this location.

Falcon exceeded my expectations, his patience with me speaks volume to his professionalism and expertise. As I have very little knowledge regarding mechanics, I had a lot of questions. He dedicated almost an hour of his time going over all of my plentiful questions, and his ease with explaining the jargon in layman’s terms really helped me feel comfortable with my decision and added services. Falcon also went into detail about the recommended services and their importance. I genuinely appreciate his customer service and the care provided from the technical team. Previously, Jonah had also provided the same level of customer service and education. Although I live very close to the Henderson/Reed location, I choose to bring my vehicle here because of the high level of customer experience, efficiency and trustworthiness. Also, each time they find the coupons for you (always a plus!) Thanks all!

The customer service advisor who checked me in was friendly, and provided good information over the phone to allow me to make the choice to go with Firestone, and gave me confidence that the work could be done same-day, prior to their closing time. What I was disappointed by, was that I asked specifically for a timeframe for completion of the work from start to finish. I was told approximately 1 hour and my car was their only remaining work. I returned 1 hour later, and waited in the waiting area. The service advisor chatted with me several times, never indicating a delay, or any issues. After waiting for an additional 45 minutes, 30 minutes past your closing time, I became concerned. I walked outside and stood at the service bay door and observed the tech and the service advisor chatting with each other appearing not to be completing the work. Frustrated, I offered to come back the next day. After 2 hours, the work was completed and the tech apologized. I'm very glad that they stayed and finished the work with no advance appointment. I'm still breaking in the tires, so I can't say if the work itself was excellent, good or poor, just able to share my experience of waiting same day.
