Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently had an oil change appointment scheduled for 3 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I arrived on time and expected a quick service, but I ended up waiting in the store for three hours before my car was ready. The long wait was frustrating, especially since I had planned my day around this appointment. While the staff was very polite and the store was clean, the extended wait time significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope they can improve their scheduling and service efficiency in the future.

Had to come here to get a flat tire fixed, and these guys delivered quickly and efficiently! Very friendly too. Highly recommend this location.

Falcon exceeded my expectations, his patience with me speaks volume to his professionalism and expertise. As I have very little knowledge regarding mechanics, I had a lot of questions. He dedicated almost an hour of his time going over all of my plentiful questions, and his ease with explaining the jargon in layman’s terms really helped me feel comfortable with my decision and added services. The customer service advisor who checked me in was friendly, and provided good information over the phone to allow me to make the choice to go with Firestone, and gave me confidence that the work could be done same-day, prior to their closing time. What I was disappointed by, was that I asked specifically for a timeframe for completion of the work from start to finish. I was told approximately 1 hour and my car was their only remaining work. I returned 1 hour later, and waited in the waiting area. The service advisor chatted with me several times, never indicating a delay, or any issues.
