I no longer trust their Service dept. I paid for 1st eight scheduled service maintenances recomended for my new car. When I took it in for the final paid maintenance, I was told the head gasket was leaking and needed replaced for a mere 3,000 dollars. I took it to another machanic that I trust to get a 2nd opinion. He saw no evidence of a leak. They were scamming me! Use at your OWN RISK! BUT BEWARE! When I complained on Carfax site I recieved no response.

Bought an Acura a few weeks ago. My salesman, Derek Hall, was easy to work with. He engaged in a fair negotiation with me and we were able to come to an agreement on my trade in value and purchase price of the new vehicle. I discovered some cupping issues with the tires that were on the Acura I bought. I took the vehicle to a certified Acura dealer and they diagnosed the issue and installed new tires and did an alignment. Derek secured me a reimbursement for the new tires. Byers imports will be front of mind when I’m ready to purchase again

We had the pleasure of working with John Smith. He was great! Knowledgeable, attentive, and not a pushy salesperson, which we appreciated! We would definitely ask for him when we are in the market for another car. He kept us updated at each step and made us feel that he valued our business. We purchased a used Tesla X and I was a little worried that I wouldn't know what all that car could do, but John asked Steve Serrano, who knows Tesla, to go over it with us and he was very helpful. We left feeling very confident. The dealership has an inspection that all used cars must go through and if they don't pass, they aren't sold on the lot so that is nice. The only reason that we didn't give Byers 5 stars is the finance guy that we dealt with was very condescending and arrogant which we did not appreciate. Beware, they will try to sell you an extended warranty on the car and you can't think about it. You must make a decision on the spot. That part seems shady and like I said, the only reason that Byers didn't get 5 stars.

We're from Iowa and traded a Q5 for an eTron in 2021; Bart and Brian were excellent. The process, from paperwork to delivery/pickup, couldn't have been more smooth and professional. 4 years later, we're shopping for another Audi locally and realize just how lucky we were to have such a great experience at Byers out-of-state. We look forward to potentially doing business again. Thank you!!!
