This was a really awesome location. The cashiers were helpful and nice.

Super disappointed in this store. I purchased a part that I didn’t end up needing or even opening and because I was 10 days past the return window of 45 days they were unwilling to return the part, even just for store credit. I have been a 20+ year customer of Advance Auto but I guess that ends today. Edit to response. You mentioned that your goal is to always go above and beyond but your words do not match up with your actions. If you truly go above and beyond, then returning an unopened item 10 days past the return window would not be an issue.

The employee here told me he wasn’t aloud to come outside to help show me that I was going to pour the brake fluid I’d just bought from him into the correct spot. I thought they did stuff like that here but I guess they’re not allowed too anymore??? I just ended up looking online for a video for my vehicles make/model/year where to pour the brake fluid at and thankfully I was able to find such video and found it on my own!
