They were not help me at all I was really upset the way she talk to me was not a professional. I never had any issues with advance auto before. I really frustrated and left the store without getting what I need.

This location was helpful getting the right battery for my ten year old car and they partnered with the Pep Boys next door to help get it installed quickly. I appreciate that they have a good working relationship with their neighboring businesses and seem to care about customer service.

Younger gentleman was great the 1st and 2nd time I was there today. This was the only location that had one of the items in stock. I ordered on line at 8:33 in the morning. When I got home from work and pulled up my email to print the order ready email, I had an "your order has been picked up" email at 9:43 am.

Excellent customer service! Chris was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me out with 2 car parts and tool rental. His customer service skills were on point! Thank you so much Chris, more employees like you else where would be great! 😊
