The Manager Bill ,(who refused to give a last name) is a lier and thief, told me I could exchange something that has a lifetime warranty, then wanted to argue about it, when i returned to exchange the item. I bought a warranty for windshield wiper blades back in August at this location, and when I went to return my old wipers they could not find a record of it. Crystal was amazing and worked with me to accommodate the warranty that I had previously paid for. AMAZING customer service and I will definitely be purchasing all of my wiper blades from here moving forward.
