Wonderful customer service! Josh and Keshawn were very professional and was able to get a brand new tire on within just an hour on a Sunday. They even worrked with me to get the tire and the road hazard a little more affordable for me. Will definitely purchase tires from them again.
NTB mechanics at 1640 Holt Rd 43228 are extremely professional and honest. Roger and Fred I deal with the most. I travel an hr when I need service. They are the best. I highly recommend NTB here!!! They've bailed me out a lot!
I rarely give reviews because I save time but my experience to this shop has to be exempted. They are all amazing. Josh is very professional and detailed in explaining what’s the issue with my car. Of course, Richard, the one who fixed my car did a great job! Kudos to all of you. I highly recommend this shop!!!!!
