Wonderful customer service! Josh and Keshawn were very professional and was able to get a brand new tire on within just an hour on a Sunday. They even worrked with me to get the tire and the road hazard a little more affordable for me. Will definitely purchase tires from them again.

NTB mechanics at 1640 Holt Rd 43228 are extremely professional and honest. Roger and Fred I deal with the most. I travel an hr when I need service. They are the best. I highly recommend NTB here!!! They've bailed me out a lot!

I rarely give reviews because I save time but my experience to this shop has to be exempted. They are all amazing. Josh is very professional and detailed in explaining what’s the issue with my car.
