Very friendly! Got my tire fixed within the same hour when I was in a rush. Competitive pricing and better tire prices than other place I used to go to. This place is awesome and will be my new go to place for any tire or battery issues! Thank you guys
Wonderful customer service! Josh and Keshawn were very professional and was able to get a brand new tire on within just an hour on a Sunday. They even worrked with me to get the tire and the road hazard a little more affordable for me. Will definitely purchase tires from them again.
NTB mechanics at 1640 Holt Rd 43228 are extremely professional and honest. Roger and Fred I deal with the most. I travel an hr when I need service. They are the best. I highly recommend NTB here!!! They've bailed me out a lot!
I rarely give reviews because I save time but my experience to this shop has to be exempted. They are all amazing. Josh is very professional and detailed in explaining what’s the issue with my car. Of course, Richard, the one who fixed my car did a great job! Kudos to all of you. I highly recommend this shop!!!!!
Needed 4 new tires since one had a nail in it. Josh got me in the same day and got me done in about an hour. Thank you for getting my daughter back on the road!
