Toyota West service & rental were attentive and efficient as they prepared me for my recall. Kudos to Christopher with his continued communications to me. Engine swap was timely and without any inconvenience to me.

Recently had brake and other miscellaneous work done by Toyota West on a 2013 Highlander. Lisa, the service advisor, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The service took a little longer than expected due to an issue with a caliper pin and replacement. I was kept informed by Lisa and through the phone text messaging system. The customer waiting area was comfortable and suitable to work remotely. Lisa found and applied several coupons to the final balance. Overall 5 star service!

My recent experience with my car at Toyota West was one of the finest service experiences of my nearly 73 year old life. Chandler Inman was the primary reason my experience was so excellent. He understands good service as few people do. He oversaw handling a complicated conglomeration of repairs, and got most of it covered by my insurance. There were issues with my air-conditioning, a gasket, transmission fluid, engine coolant, tire pressure sensors, and a few other things. I got my car back the next day. I wish I could hire him to run a business for me. He is a consummate professional.

Scheduling was easy. I was early and they took me right in. The service pro, Chris, explained what they were doing today and what to expect. Service was speedy and I was back out the door and on with my day. I barely had enough time chit chat with my regular sales rep Khalid. Great folks and great service at Toyota West!

I had the best experience ever at Toyota West with my salesman Lance. From the moment I walked in to the second I left with my new car I was treated with kindness and respect. There was no “car salesman “ scams or the salesman having to check with his manager every time I had a question. No haggling and a better rate than I thought! These people are the honest to goodness best! I have told several people about my experience because I can not get over how pleasant and honest it was!
