🔧 Subaru Service - Germain Subaru of Columbus Service Center

Had my car recently serviced at Germaine’s. They are always Super friendly and get the work done in a timely manner. They are very good at addressing any issues we you be having with your vehicle.

Chad did an amazing job communicating with me on my service. The technician was able to track down an electrical issue quickly and in the same day. Love my Subaru and the service is there where needed.

The service writer whom met me Was just great. He followed up stayed on my car and informed me of what was done and price was right on estimate. I was in that business at Rodenfels Chevrolet back in the 1960’s. Great job. Also Claytonin sales also is a fantastic sales guy as he stays on top of my car whenever I bring it in. Thank you all.

They are super friendly and honest. I Bought my car there and they did everything to make the purchasing experience fun. They are not pushy and even had to contact another dealer to get the color I wanted. Their service team is awesome. They told me up front what my cost would be for the 6000 and 12000 checkup and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. I was the last customer of the evening and they gave me a $20 discount.

Chad, The Germain Subaru staff has always given me exceptional service and their vehicles and their service are exactly what they say what they are and do. Chad was very professional and thorough. My service was timely and efficient even though I was late for my appointment they took me in anyway with no delays and no questions.
