Cheerful, attentive, cosiderate. Price is premium, typical for a dealer. You can see the service area from the waiting room, which is great. After my tires were rotated, one tire (the spare) was installed flat. The valve stem actually had the leak, which could have gotten people hurt. The mechanics have to be more careful when putting a spare on the road.
