Cheerful, attentive, cosiderate. Price is premium, typical for a dealer. You can see the service area from the waiting room, which is great. After my tires were rotated, one tire (the spare) was installed flat. The valve stem actually had the leak, which could have gotten people hurt. The mechanics have to be more careful when putting a spare on the road.

Dan Cornell is the man!! I trust the recommendations Dan makes for my service. He's conscientious, honest, and always explains what needs to be done and why. He loves people and he loves cars and it shows! Germain - you're lucky to have such a skilled guy.

Allowed me to bring in my car a day before my appt to drop it off. Dan was extremely kind and helpful, got me in a rental car in a timely manner so I didn’t have to drive my old car that has bad rear end damage while my new car was being repaired. He made working with my warranty company a breeze. Parts took a little bit to arrive but that is 100% okay (cylinder head and other parts for my 2021 Passat), kept me updated the entire time, and got my car back to me in a timely manner. I appreciate everything that Dan & the tech that worked on my car (don’t remember his name) has done for me!!!
