Braden was polite and attentive. He made me feel at ease. I was a little disappointed in email from Germain stating my oil change was due and that since I bought the oil package I would not want to waste that service. When I arrived I was told that was only good for the 1st year. The email came 8 months after the first year ended.

I took my car in for service on 4/23 for, among other things, a safety check that included brakes. I was assured that my brakes were at 70% and had no needs at this time.
