I'm sick of this shop. I've had my vehicles aligned here and every time my vehicles pulls to the right when I get it back. I brought a newer camaro with low miles to have 4 tires put on. They called and said the alignment was out. The car showed no signs with tire wear after 60,000 miles on the tires and there was no pulling to one side. It drove straight going down the road!!! I agreed to have it done and when I picked it up, it pulled to the right. Took it back in to have realigned, and it still pulled! I'm in the shop now after testing driving it to have to realigned again. 2 months ago my honda took 3 alignments in a row in the same day for them to finally get it right. Before that, my pickup truck went through multiple alignments to the point I gave up. It had everything rebuilt on the front end and they could never get it right. I'm sick of their lies about why it pulls to one side. They blame it on the angle of the road or the way I hold the steering wheel! A new car don't pull to one side!!!!! Mt car don't pull when it's aligned correctly!! They do fast, cheap alignments to get it within their specs but it's still out of factory specs! This cause the tires to wear faster and you come back quicker to buy new tires! There are multiple reasons why it's in alignment and still pulls, it's not within factory specs or they don't align the wheel when they start the alignment! I'm not coming back here no more. You should never have to get your car aligned a minimum of 3 times to get it right in every car to bring to them! How about the poor people who believes their lies and don't know any better!!! You can't trust them this shop!!! Probably every car that is aligned here is out of alignment! Even while I'm waiting here for them to realigned my car, the lady who was in front of me in line to pick up her car they just worked on came back because it's broke down with what they fixed!!! WOW!!!!!!! Update: They realigned the car, it's worse than ever! Steering wheel points to the left and pulls so hard to the right, it changes lanes by itself! This is the 3rd alignment and they said they want to give me my money back! No.... The car didn't have any problems until they worked on it. 3 alignments and each one is suppose to be aligned but drives differently! How can it be in perfect alignment and pulls differently each time!!??? They have no idea what they are doing. I told them to realign it again! I can't even drive it because its so bad now.. I'm sitting her and now the staff came out to the waiting room and told a lady her car was sucking in air from a radiator hose! They said it's not leaking coolant even though it's full of coolant! It's sucking in air causing it to overheat!! What???? I have never seen a pressurized coolant system suck in air and not leak! I have never heard of something so stupid and impossible!!! They want her to bring it back and replace that hose and have another person look at it!! These people are crooks or just stupid!!! But I'm on my 4th alignment today!!! Final update: an employee by the name of John aligned my car for the fourth time. He said whoever aligned it never aligned the rear tires and the entire alignment was out. He did the four-wheel alignment like I originally paid for and the car drives normal now. Thank you John!!!!

Best Firestone experience! Rusty, Jennifer and John were great to work with and helped us decide the best tires for the best value! I would highly recommend this Firestone!

I dont expect all work to be done in a matter of seconds, but when I schedule an appointment for noon, I expect for the car to at least be in the garage by 12:15! Between this and the online scheduler scheduling me an appointment for three hours after they closed for the evening last week, I wouldn't give this company a penny of my money or a second of my time! *EDIT - 7/13* The very clearly AI-Generated response, which seems more appropriate for a glowing 5-star review rather than someone with a complaint only solidifies why they got the review they got from me. Don't bother with this place!

I’ve had work done several times at this location and am very pleased with the results and the staff. It is always a pleasure working with Rusty and Jennifer to get my car fixed. I hit something in the road which caused a flat tire, and Jennifer got me in, same day work with new tires, done well within two hours. The technician working on my vehicle did very nice work. I was so stressed it would take forever to get my tires replaced and this Firestone made it painless. I would recommend taking your car here when you have car troubles.

The professionalism and compassion of the team at this store is excellent. I was in a tough situation with a flat tire (snd out of town) and while I didn’t end up actually at this store (our car apparently needed a rather difficult to get tire since its foreign and we ended up at the dealership so it was no fault of this store) their dedication to trying to assist me and their follow through on communication was much appreciated.
