Imani (the young lady with the pink glasses) is the reason for the 5 stars. Her friendly, caring, problem solving demeanor was extremely refreshing. It is very rare to encounter an individual with TRUE people skills. She deserves a RAISE! Well done Imani!!

Both Kayla and Jordan informed me of what their inspection found. I thought we were going to have to replace brakes, instead it was just a brake flush. I really appreciate honesty in today's world, not always what is done. Thanks for your help and follow-up.

They did my oil change very quickly same day I called, manager Jesse was very polite on the phone and took my appointment later in the day when no one else in Columbus would do it. So super thankful for that, and Cory working the front desk was also very helpful and made sure everything was done properly before I left. I’m giving 5 stars because they were all so polite and they did it all fast and got me outta there quick, coming to this specific Firestone in Columbus because of the excellent customer service. Thanks again Jesse and Cory! I’ll be back for my next oil change!

This USED to be a good service location. Don't know what happened but IT DEFINITELY isn't, right now. They don't appear INTERESTED in honoring a commitment to service on behalf of their customers. I won't be coming back. Despite getting here 15 minutes early, then waiting for an hour, they never LOOKED at my car!!! It took me TWO (2) HOURS' DRIVING, to get here❗Nope! I'm done with this‼️

Needed 4 new tires on my Honda Odyssey due to a full blow out (meaning the tire could not be patched, this I unable to drove my car). Called ahead to make sure the two I looked online were available. Was told they were both out of stock in the entire state but they could be ordered in, should only take a few days. No problem. I leave my information. A week go by. I call back, check the status. This is when I was told they forgot to order the tires. Sigh... Accidents happen. Another week goes by and I call again. They still don't have the tires but now have different tires at a comparable price. I arrange a time to drop the van off and explained I needed the van back by no later the following Wednesday (5 days) to travel out of state on the following Thursday. They assured me this would not be an issue. End of the day Tuesday I get a call the Tie Rod is badly bent/broken and needs to be repaired for safety reasons. I give the go ahead to fix but right now my only concern is getting my vehicle back on time. Wednesday afternoon I called to check the status. Car is ready with all repairs and brand new tires. And for all my trouble they included a free oil change and knocked 5% off. There may have been lots of speed bumps along the way but every single person I worked with and spoke to was very kind, helpful and took accountability if a mistake was made. Overall I am happy with the work and would use them again. Happy to support a Northland business.
