I got my whole exhaust system replaced for my 2004 accord. They were very clear communicators about the work being done and even let me see under the car to see. My emergency brake line came loose after the repair and they secured it for free. Great service and nice guys.

I only had an oil change done, but Midas can do so much more. They did a thorough exam of the car and made suggestions (suggestions only) for things that might need attention down the road (pun intended). Based on my experience today, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was able to get a same appointment and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and wonderful the oil change was. Mr. AJ and Mr. Lane were amazing and very professional. They thoroughly explained what's wrong with my car and were very patient and understanding with me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a service. Thank you for all your help, I greatly appreciate it!

Unfortunately, my experience at Midas was disappointing due to poor customer service and a significant wait time discrepancy. I was told my wait time would be 5 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 15 minutes. During this time, I observed that there were 3 technicians standing by my car, chatting and laughing, while seemingly not working on it. The only car in the bay was mine. When I inquired about the delay, they claimed it was due to a multi-inspection. However, I received the inspection pictures just 15 minutes after handing over my keys, which suggests otherwise. Given the miscommunication and apparent lack of productivity, I would caution others to carefully manage their expectations when dealing with Midas. *Improvement suggestions:* - Provide more accurate wait time estimates - Ensure technicians are focused on work during designated work hours - Enhance communication regarding service procedures and delays *Hope this feedback is helpful.*

I would’ve gave y’all five stars for service if you wouldn’t have left my oil filter, housing loose, and my drain plug thank God a coworker seen it and told me so that I could finish the job I paid you to do. I could’ve lost my motor and I still don’t know if there’s damage Considering the fact all my oil poured out on my way to work. Do not take your car here
