Quick service and everyone working was super nice and helpful. Dakota the manager was very informative and made the whole experience super easy and straightforward. Highly recommend this Midas.

I have heard bad things but let me say none of them was my experience at all! I’ll come here as long as I can! I have did a few things through them at this point and every single last job was flawless! Their costumer service was excellent! I’m about to take my other vehicle up now for an oil change! Mind u I just left from work with my truck! Love love love these people and this place!

Always helpful and great service. I also appreciate they use the plastic seat covers and floor mats to keep it clean! Other places I've been do not leaving grease all over everything.

Dakota, the store manager, was awesome. He was able to reschedule me for a time that worked for both of us. He worked with me to prioritize what needed to be done on my car and was able to get me a plan that worked within my budget. He was communicative and transparent. He really seemed invested in helping the customers and not just trying to get people in and out to make more money. Cash, the assistant manager was always smiling and helping out. Kirby did a great job at diagnosing the issues with my car and was able to relay tips to Dakota to help me avoid the same issues in the future. The only downside was that they seemed a little short staffed, so what I was hoping would be a 2 hour appointment turned into 5 hours, but I feel like that happens at every mechanic. Overall, it was worth the price.

Dakota and Bryce were 10/10! We were traveling from Cleveland to Hocking Hills and our brakes were grinding. I called and asked if they could squeeze us in at 4:15 on a Friday so we could still make our weekend. They got us in, worked on the vehicle quickly, and were incredibly kind. They made sure we got out in less than 45 min and kept us safe and a minor detour from our weekend away. Thank you Dakota and Bryce!
