David is a professional! He goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain what the issues are with my car. Never have I received this level of exemplary customer service anywhere. I feel safe bringing all of my family's cars here. Most places just want your money, but this Midas team at the Livingston Ave & Brice Rd location are CLASSIC! They show in the quality of their service that YOU Matter. Thank you to each staff member at this location.

A couple of days ago, David and his crew were able to fix the problem I brought the car in for and alerted me to another problem I didn't know I had. I was not in the position to get an alignment as well, but I went back today and the alignment was completed in a timely fashion. David was courteous and did not talk down to me because I'm not fluent in "Car". His crew worked steadily and efficiently. The waiting area was neat and clean. This is a good place to take your car.

Great service most times, but I had a bad experience recently. When I took the car back to the shop and explained the issue they fixed the problem and let me know where I would have further issues if I did not get new tires. No excuses, and no attitude. Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone is willing to fix it. Most appreciated and Great Job!
