Woke up to an almost flat tire that had a good sized bolt stuck in it. Stopped by Midas and they were able to repair the tire while I waited. Fast and courteous service! Much appreciated!!!!

I m from out of town and needed service as a walk in on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only did they squeeze me in, they did the job quickly, effectively and at a great price. I highly recommend this place. Great people and service

I was in Columbus only for a short time. My wife had a doctor's appointment and I needed a tire rotation and balancing. I stopped at several tire shops all of which told me they were too busy, understaffed or my favorite was Firestone told me that it would take a week to get me in for a tire rotation and balancing. I walked in the front door, I was greeted and treated like family from the time I walked in. They were able to balance my tires, and rotate my tires in 37 minutes and I was out the door. I couldn't be more thrilled and they will definitely have my business again when I am back in town as I am here frequently. If you're having a hard time getting tire service in a reasonable time frame check out this Midas! You will not be dissatisfied!

I am often wary of "chain" places, but Don and his team at this Midas location have always taken great care of my vehicles. They provide great service, excellent communication and shoot you straight about the needs of your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Don, the store manager, is always friendly and willing to listen on any issue with our cars. We have taken a variety of different vehicles to them, including a traverse, jeep wrangler and a ford truck. They have serviced them all and have been great! The process of receiving text updates with pictures while they are being serviced is such a help too. It makes the process very simple and easy. Definitely would recommend!
