BUYERS BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ This has been such a heartbreaking experience for my family. We purchased a Dodge Caravan from this dealership because we needed a reliable minivan for our kids. They were so excited — they fell in love with the car instantly. We picked it out together as a family, and it felt like a fresh start. They named it, they were proud to ride in it, and they couldn’t wait for all the memories we were going to make. But almost immediately, we started having issues with the steering and hesitation when driving. My husband mentioned it to the sales rep, Adam, before we even finalized the purchase. The service department later said it was just the battery, so they replaced it — but the problems never went away. The car still jerks, hesitates, and feels unsafe. I even took it to another location for a second opinion, and that team confirmed additional problems that were missed during the original inspection — including a cracked windshield and a battery that should have been caught. I also received a third opinion from PepBoys, and they mentioned there is no way the dealership could have missed this issue. Now, the kids are so disappointed. They keep asking why we can’t drive “their” minivan anymore. It’s heartbreaking to see them so confused and let down. I understand the car was sold as-is, but when clear issues are raised from the beginning — and then confirmed by your own team later — it’s more than just a policy issue. It’s about integrity, safety, and doing the right thing. This was supposed to be a joyful purchase for our family, but it’s turned into stress, frustration, and disappointment. I sincerely hope no other family experiences this. This is my second purchase with this dealership, and I have also referred family and clients to them in the past. I can’t believe I was treated this way.

Had a great experience with Niko! I had his number from a previous car I had bought from him years ago, and I hit him up, asking for photos of a Durango and within minutes he sent me pictures. When we came to look at the car after work, he had it already washed and upfront ready for him to test drive. we were in and out in less than an hour!
